Babalar Gunu/ Father's Day
When I was growing up, my father used to work in an incredible tempo. With the business world and the political activities when we lived in Izmir, the construction business and the business trips to Iraq when we moved to Istanbul, later on the development projects in Bodrum and Istanbul, my time with him was valuable. I wanted to spend time before he left for work. My first memories of the two of us together are from this period. I remember watching him shave in the morning in the small bathroom of our apartment in Izmir. In this picture, he lets me touch the shaving foam I was so curious about. This is still my favorite picture of the two of us, and I believe we always remained as we seem in this picture.
